TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO RENTAL

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

1.2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the rental session begins.

1.3. Payments can be made via GCash, Maya, and BPI.

1.4. Reschedule cutoff is 5 days prior to the booking and will incur a fee of 1000 pesos. Rescheduling before cutoff is still subject to availability and is limited within 14 days of the original date or within 7 days of the next available slot (if no availability within 14 days).

1.5. The client is required to provide the full names and valid IDs of the entire renting party (including photographer(s), HMUA(s), model(s), assistant(s), etc.). The complete list is due 24 hours prior to the booking.

2. STUDIO USAGE

2.1. The rental period starts and ends at the agreed time. An ingress time of 20 minutes before the rental period and an egress time of 20 minutes after the rental period are included. Any overtime (if applicable) will be charged according to the hourly rate.

2.2. The studio and equipment must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by the renter or their guests must be paid in full by the client within 7 days, covering the total cost of repair or

replacement.

2.3. No illegal activities, smoking, or open flames are allowed inside the studio.

2.4. The renter is responsible for cleaning up after their session. A cleaning fee of 1000 pesos may be charged if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

3. EQUIPMENT, AMENITIES, & PROPS

3.1. Studio equipment and props provided must be returned in the same condition as received.

3.2. The renter must notify studio staff of any equipment issues immediately.

3.3. The studio is not liable for any personal equipment or belongings brought into the premises.

3.4. All furniture in the studio are free to use.

3.5. A makeup station and changing area are available for use.

3.6. A restroom is available on-site.

3.7. A compact Bluetooth JBL speaker is available for playing music during the rental period.

3.8. The studio assistant is in charge of setting up the lights before the shoot but is not responsible for assisting throughout the entire shoot, except when needed.

3.9. An inventory checklist will be provided prior to the shoot, and the same checklist will be reviewed after the shoot to ensure all items and equipment are accounted for.

3.10. Clients may bring their own lighting equipment and are allowed to adjust the lighting setup on their own during the shoot.

4. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

4.1. The renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the rental period.

4.2. The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

4.3. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the studio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the premises.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or FB Messenger. This is still subject to review.

5.2. Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule fees may apply.

5.3. No-shows will be charged the full rental fee and may result to blacklisting if not settled.

6. GENERAL RULES

6.1. The maximum occupancy for the studio is as follows:

• Full rental: up to 10 persons

• Budget rental: up to 8 persons

• Basic rental: up to 6 persons

6.1.1. An additional fee of Php 150/hour per head shall apply in excess of the above. Maximum capacity is 10 pax.

6.2. Any changes to the booking must be approved by the management in advance.

6.3. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

6.4. Clients must provide valid identification and details of all individuals who will be present during the shoot for security purposes 24 hours before the booking.
